Why is ordering direct from Grillroom Alexandria cheaper?

Delivery platforms charge the restaurant a commission and add a service fee for the customer. Ordering directly through grillroom-alexandria.nl gives 10 percent off the order value with no service fee. The discount is applied automatically.

Why do I have to give my phone number and email address?

The phone number and email address are needed to fulfil the order: the confirmation is sent by email, and the restaurant calls if there is a question about the order or the delivery. Receiving offers by email or SMS is a separate, voluntary tick box, and the order goes through without it.

How can I pay for my order?

You choose at the last step: pay online straight away with iDEAL, or pay cash on receipt to the driver or at the counter. With iDEAL you are taken to your own bank's secure payment page; Grillroom Alexandria never sees your banking details and you are never asked for a PIN.

How long will my order take?

Pickup orders are usually ready in 20 to 30 minutes. Delivery normally takes 30 to 45 minutes, and can reach an hour on Friday and Saturday evenings. A later time can be chosen in advance.
